PDP Assistant
Overview
Nobi’s PDP assistant is our same AI-enabled shopping assistant but optimized for your product pages. It uses what it knows about your product, in addition to any additional information on the page, to answer customer questions. In addition, it can clean, sanitize, and replay conversations that your customers are having to provide you with a modern, conversational-style FAQ section which could by AI agents and search engines to understand more about your products.
